Sweet and Sourpup Smoothie Shake

Serves 1


1 cup (225ml) unsweetened vanilla coconut milk yogurt
3-4 pitted dates
1/2 squeezed lemon
2 tablespoons plant-based protein powder
2 teaspoons chia seeds
1 whole banana, peeled
2 tablespoons granola, plus 1 handful for topping
1/2 bunch kale, stems cut off
1 cup (225ml) unsweetened almond milk
4 ice cubes


1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth.

2. Top with additional granola and enjoy!
