Maca Milkshake

50g almonds (soaked for 6 hours)
500ml filtered water
6 dates (pitted and chopped)
3 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
2 Tbsp organic raw maca powder


1. Put the soaked almonds and the water in the blender and process until you have a smooth, milky liquid.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth. For a nut-free version, use hemp seeds or rice milk instead of almonds.
