Raw Sweet Bliss Balls

 2 cup of sticky medjool dates
3/4 cup gently melted raw virgin coconut oil
1 cup raw cacao powder
1 cup raw hazelnut butter
2 vanilla pods (the seeds scrapped from)
1/8 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1 cup desiccated coconut to roll your balls in


1. To make the chocolate, combine all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until completely smooth.

2. Chill for an hour.

3. Scoop out bite size balls and roll in the palms of your hands – very sticky fun.

4. Roll in coconut.

5. Store in the fridge until you are ready to enjoy.
