COUNTRY DIRECTOR, COLOMBIA
With a background in business administration, Diana has been an animal welfare advocate for more than a decade, with knowledge of and experience in dog/cat population management, shelter management, policy and advocacy, and disaster risk management. She has been involved with local and international animal welfare organizations since 2006.
Diana joined HSI in 2017 to help identify areas of growth within Latin America and the Caribbean and support dog population management programs in the region, as well as provide guidance to governments and stakeholders on issues related to companion animals.
She will continue to focus on companion animal issues in Latin America and collaborate to build out our wildlife and farm programs in Colombia.
