HSI Canada Assists Government with Rescue of More Than 500 Neglected Dogs in Historic Seizure in Quebec
HSI Canada, in partnership with the Ministere de l'Agriculture, des Pecheries et de l'Alimentation du Quebec and local law enforcement rescued more than 500 dogs and puppies from a large-scale commercial breeding facility in Outaouais, Quebec.

Third Major Quebec Puppy Mill Bust: 100 Animals Rescued From Horrific Conditions

After weeks of planning and days of round-the-clock care all 118 animals rescued from the horrific puppy mill in Rawdon, Quebec are now resting comfortably at the Canadian Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals' emergency shelter. This puppy mill bust is one of the largest in the history of Quebec.
